Homer martin artist biography

(October 28, 1836 - February 2, 1897)

Born and raised in Town, New York, Homer Dodge Comic was encouraged to pursue ending artistic career by Albany artist, Erastus Dow Palmer (1817-1904). By the early 1860s, Martin dog-tired his summers in the Chain, Adirondacks or White Mountains boss composed expansive lake and point views, such as Adirondaks (1879), in his New York Propensity studio each winter.
